Hi, I’m the guy on the right.
I use this tiny space on the World Wide Web to give you musings and perspective about baking natural, sustainable and beautiful bread.
Read more about my philosophies regarding bread making, the purpose of this site and why you should join me in this first post. The posts I’ll be making here will be more in depth, exploring the science and best practice regarding the process of baking. My goal is to give you comprehensive guides, recipes and general musings 1-2 times a month. My main media is my Instagram page (@danlarn) where I’ll give you more frequent posts from my many bakes!
Never miss a post or update by adding your email to the subscription form in the top left menu. You’ll get notified when I’m ready to share new content.
Daniel is my name and I live in a town called Falkenberg, Sweden, located on the beautiful west coast. I’m the father of the little guy on the left.
I started baking in the autumn of 2015 and it quickly became a great passion (or borderline obsession). It was during my one year parental leave from my day job as Team Leader at one of Europe’s largest Telecom companies.
Hi. Mr, Daniel nice to meet you, i know your blof from your instagram 1st. love to following your frequently post.

I just stumbled upon your website, because I bake bread at home as often as possible. Without having had the chance to read everything yet I think this looks fantastic! I’d like to sign on to a newsletter or something similar to follow your updates, is there any way you could provide something?

Mr, Daniel,
Your approach to bakery is so inspiring and spiritual. I am new to baking but I feel I have a flair for it. Every time I bake I can feel the earth element do the magic through my hands. I don’t want to learn this beautiful art through internet and want to do an actual course. To do mistakes in front of an expert who can check my dough and tell me where the process went wrong. Please guide me on how I can take further my passion. I stay in India but can travel from next year any where in the world to learn baking.
